Ordering means sorting or ordering records by a field value. As we have seen you can order or sort the display of records by pressing the up and down arrows in the list view. For more complex sorts you can use the Order by dialog. Choose Sort from the Select menu.
Click on the field or fields you wish to use for your sort. The arrow in the upper right allows you to choose between an ascending or descending sort. Press the "Order by" button.
