What to do if You Have Problems Exporting or Importing
If you get an error message while exporting or importing records return to the Command Window press the Maint button and press the Set the Path button. Make sure your paths have been correctly set by testing them.
If Incidents import without importing incident code descriptions you probably used a different path for exporting and importing incidents. Redo the export and import your files via the same path. FirePoint can add missing incident code descriptions. Select the incidents missing code descriptions. Under the File menu select File
Operations. Choose Add Code Descriptions.
If imported Apparatus records are missing related Responder records you probably used a different path exporting and importing. Use procedure above to test your paths.
The same is true for Patient records missing Treatments and Classes records missing related Roster records.
